Who we are
This website is run by "BRIDGEPOINT VENTURES" S.R.L., trading as BridgePoint Ventures Global, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1025600044831), str. Grenoble 257, of. 12A, Chișinău. You can reach us at [email protected].
We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What this website collects
Very little. The site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers. To understand how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies, without fingerprinting and without identifying you. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, as every website host does. This is used only to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and is kept for a short period under the provider's own rules.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your name, email address and what you tell us so we can reply and, if we work together, keep proper records.
- Booking a call. The booking buttons take you to Calendly, a separate service. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email and any notes you add and passes them to us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly's own privacy policy applies on its site.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and hold the meeting you asked for (steps taken at your request before a possible contract).
- To keep the website secure and working (our legitimate interest).
- To keep business and tax records where the law requires it (legal obligation).
Who else handles it
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business: our website host and network provider, Google Workspace for email, Calendly for bookings and Zoom for video calls. Some of them process data outside Moldova and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and Moldova's Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, in force since 23 August 2026, you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Moldova the National Center for Personal Data Protection, or the authority where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
